Three

Sorry I'm a little late on this weeks assignment, I have had family in this week. My photo was of my husband taking my son into a hot tub for the first time. The three is represented by how deep the water is. We had a blast. It was filmed in natural light, ISO 200, f/3.5, 1/50.

This week's photography challenge was... Blue

This is my brand new two month old son Trevor. He loves this mobile that hangs over his changing table. I took this photo with my Nikon D50 with natural light. Lens 28.0-80.0, f/4.5, 1/60, ISO 200. I took about 50 photos to get this shot the way I wanted it. Looking forward to next weeks challenge!

Trevor is two months old and doing fantastic! He had his two month well baby visit and developmentally he is right on track but still isn't quite gaining weight like he should. But he is catching on more and more every day.
Trevor is such a sweet little baby. He frequently smiles and gives you deep penetrating looks. And we love his coos. The photos below are of me trying to capture Trevor's amazing disposition.
Tobin is doing very well as a big brother. He kisses and hugs Trevor whenever he gets the chance.
Only a few weeks left of my maternity leave. I think I'm doing pretty good at keeping up with the basic needs of both boys but it is definitely going to take me a while before I can comfortably take care of them, play with both of them and get the house clean. Every week I have gotten a little better. Thank goodness Dave is such and amazing Dad and husband. When Dave gets home he spends a lot of time with Tobin to make up for the reduced amount of attention I can give him during the day. I hate to admit this but Tobin has seen way too many movies lately. He's not complaining but I know he wishes we would spend more time outside. I am working on that.
